FIELD: organoaluminium compounds. SUBSTANCE: synthesis is carried out by reaction of dicyclopentadiene with diethylaluminium chloride at their molar ratio 10:(10-12), mainly at 10:11, at the room temperature (23-25 C) and under normal pressure, in the presence of bimetallic catalyst titanium tetrachloride with iso-dibutylaluminium chloride (1:1) taken at concentration 2-5 (preferably 3) mole with relation to dicyclopentadiene, in argon atmosphere, in the medium of aliphatic solvent (hexane, heptane or cyclohexane). Reaction time is 8-12 h, yield of the end products is 70-82% EFFECT: improved method of synthesis. 1 tbl
