FIELD: fine organic and organometal synthesis, more particularly preparation of cycle organoboron compounds used is synthesis of 1,4-butanediols, cyclic ketones, tertiary, alcohols, ethers and other products. SUBSTANCE: method comprises reacting alpha-olefins with triethyl aluminium in 10: (10-12) ratio, respectively, in the presence of catalyst consisting of zirconacene dichloride in amount of 2-5 mole % with respect to alpha- olefin and diisobutyl aluminium hydride in 1:(1-3)molar ratio. Reaction is carried out in argon atmosphere under normal conditions for 10 h and subsequently adding boron trifluoride etherate in equimolar amount with respect to triethyl aluminium and subsequently stirring it for 2-6 h.
