FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: method is carried out by applying of aqueous suspension of polytetrafluorethylene-hexafluoropropylene copolymer on polyimide film. The process takes place by spraying, it is followed by drying and by melting thus prepared layer. Said spraying is carried out by 5-40 mm distance with the help of concentrator which operates at frequency 18-100 kHz. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method. 3 tbl
