FIELD: fat-and-oil industry. SUBSTANCE: oil press has cylinder 4, where multiple-section shaft 3 with cylindrical sleeves is mounted. Each section o of shaft 3 has sleeve 8 with ring 10 positioned on sleeve end eccentrically with respect to shaft axis. Pressure coil 11 is made in outer surface of sleeve 8. Width of ring 10 is at least equal to pressure coil spacing. Eccentricity of ring 10 in each subsequent section is increased and coil spacing is reduced. Ring outer surface may be oval or cone-shaped. Grinding member is positioned in each section except for first section and mounted on sleeve, which is provided with crown having end gear cutting teeth EFFECT: increased efficiency in extruding oil. 4 cl, 7 dwg
