FIELD: fat-and-oil industry. SUBSTANCE: press has housing with extracting chamber defined by extracting planks, each formed as multifaced beam. Extracting planks are positioned without gap between them in static state so that each plank is oriented with its wide face to longitudinal axis of extracting chamber or to housing wall. Device for controlled restricting of bending of each plank under the weight of processed plant material is fixed on inner surface of housing.
