EXTRUDER FOR PRODUCING COMBINED FEEDS FROM GRAIN MIXTURE Russian patent published in 1999 - IPC

FIELD: agriculture, in particular, production of feeds at feed consumption site, such as animal farming complexes and poultry-processing plants. SUBSTANCE: extruder has housing with charging branch pipe and temperature chamber. Drive shaft mounted within housing carries sleeves which are arranged in succession beginning from portion adjacent to charging branch pipe. Sleeves include first sleeve with feeding auger blade, eccentric sleeve with milling cone, second sleeve with feeding auger blade, eccentric sleeve with plasticizer, sleeve with pressing auger blade and temperature washer. The latter is positioned on shaft end so that annular gap is defined between temperature washer and housing. Annular gap is adapted for discharging of extrudate and may be adjusted. Eccentric sleeves with milling cone and plasticizer are fastened on drive shaft with mutually opposite eccentricity. Plasticizer has corrugated surface which is in contact with housing inner surface and is rolling over it. EFFECT: wider operational capabilities, convenient usage and simplified construction. 3 dwg
