FIELD: engine engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has outlet pipe line for the fresh charge provided with a heat exchanger and unit for regulation of exhaust gases connected with the path for discharging and the heat exchanger. The regulating unit has a housing. One end of a bimetallic plate is rigidly secured to the wall of the housing. A fixed disk with ports is positioned above the bimetallic plate. The disk has an arrester secured to the side of the port for permitting movement, passes through the port of the fixed disk, and is coupled with the free end of the bimetallic plate. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 3 dwg
