FIELD: heating of individual buildings. SUBSTANCE: air heater is furnished with heating pipes, condensing unit and evaporator sections located spaces in the heat transfer and heat accumulating spaces of the building, respectively; the heat accumulating space of the building is filled with heat accumulating packing and furnished with an electric heater, each heating coil pipe is installed in such a manner that its evaporator section is positioned below the level of the condensing unit section.
