FIELD: devices for burning gaseous fuel; heat supply systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed plant is used for hot-water fluidized-bed boilers with turbo-cap hearth; mounted in boiler shell is air heater with starting burners located outside the air heater chamber which performs function of starting combustion chamber for heating the catalyst granules. Gas jets of gas-jet injectors mounted under anti-isometric grids along generatrix of boiler shell at equal intervals and at angle of 10-30 deg. relative to generatrix of boiler shell and directed inside fluidized bed. Provision is made for heat exchanger-condenser used for preheating the air; this heat exchanger is connected with gas chamber of economizer to which hot gases are directed from boiler for heating the heating-system water. Catalytic fluidized-bed boiler works in three modes: stating mode, standard operating mode and switching-off mode due to use of system of starting cutoff and gas control electric valves fitted in gas lines.
EFFECT: enhanced operational and economical efficiency and reliability.
