FIELD: shipboard electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: electrical machine has frame 1 with stator stack 2 press-fitted into it and secured at ends with end plates 3. Stack slots accommodate draw-in three-phase winding 4 made of insulated magnet wire. Shaft 6 mounts slotless and unwound rotor stack 7 secured at ends with end plates 8 and covered with disks 9 over entire surface of butt ends of rotor 7. Disks 9 are press-fitted on shaft 6 with negative allowance and have electric contact with rotor stack 7 over entire surface through end plates 8. Disks 9 and sleeve 10 form welded butt-joint assembly 11. Rings 12 are press-fitted onto both extensions of shaft 6 with negative allowance and serve to secured disks 9 at rotor ends. Holes 13 pass through disks 9, end plates 8, and rotor stack 7. Magnetic wedges 14 fitted in stator stack are used to smooth down magnetic field pulsations in working gap 15. Field frame, end shields, shaft, and fastenings are made of high-strength corrosion-resistant steel. EFFECT: improved design. 3 cl, 2 dwg
