FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: frame 1 is assembled with stator core pack 3 without winding. Simultaneously rotor core 5 is assembled with shaft 6, then squirrel-cage winding of rotor is wound with fitting strips-protectors 8 in symmetrical slots, and other parts are mounted. Endshields 13 and rotor are aligned relative to bore of stator pack 3, then complete interim assembling of machine is carried out with checking of its mechanical parameters. This done, machine is disassembled to balance rotor and to lay stator winding 16 made of polymer-insulated winding wire. After winding of each phase, resistance of its insulation should be checked by dipping the stator in salt water. Then final assembling of machine is carried out. Invention enhances quality and adaptability to assembling of electrical machine, ensures against possibility of damage of stator winding manufactured of expensive materials.
