FIELD: marine electrical engineering; submerged electrical machines used for driving various pumps or outboard hydraulic systems of deep-water submerged apparatuses. SUBSTANCE: electrical machine has stator frame 1 with core stack 2 press-fitted into it and provided with slots accommodating three-phase draw-in winding 4. Stator has protector shield of stack 2 in the form of rings 5 made of aluminium-magnesium alloy. End shields 6 are attached to frame 1 and have bores 7. Shells 9 with flanges 10 are provided to secure end shields 6 to hydraulic system. Shaft of rotor 11 mounts a number of pump impellers 12 with radial blades 13 of out-of-round section press-fitted on whose ends is sleeve 15. Rotor is provided with protector shield 17 to eliminate contact corrosion and eccentric balancing bushes 20.
