FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has two jaws 1 connected by hinged joint 2 and having two ring-shaped handles 3, rack and pinion member 4, clamping lips 5,6. The second clamping lip has a row of cylindric pins 8 coaxially penetrating through holes 9 of the first clamping lip 6 and screw rest 7 engageable with a recess in lip 5 and making free space 10 between joined clamping lips 5,6. Clamping lips are bent to the right at an angle of 91-95 degrees in the plane of joining lips or to the left at an angle of 130- 134 degrees or to the left at an angle of 136-140 degrees. EFFECT: simplified operation in forming lesser curvature of the stomach stump and gastroenterostomosis. 5 dwg
