FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a surgical instrument for penis fixation during surgery. Surgical instrument for penis fixation during a surgical intervention comprises rods with working surfaces in the form of jaws, a rack and a lock. Rods end with fenestrated extensions made of arched metal of round cross-section. Fenestrated extensions of the rods end with working surfaces – jaws facing each other and having a concave surface. Said jaws do not touch each other when closed. Working surfaces of the jaws with closed handles have the shape of an incomplete oval due to arched symmetrical bends located in the horizontal plane. In the open position, the distance between the jaws is up to 95 mm at the centre of the jaws. Jaws are made of metal with cross-section in the form of rectangle with rounded edges.

EFFECT: use of the invention allows providing non-traumatic and painless movement of the penis along the surgical field, providing access to the ventral and dorsal surfaces of the penis, as well as to the lateral parts; perform graduated traction while controlling the skin of the glans penis.
