FIELD: metal pressure forming. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has a base with guides, in which a carriage is arranged; the carriage supports a holder with a tool and a bracket, joined with a mechanism for moving the carriage by a lever, axles and a fork. A holder with a second working tool is mounted on a shaft. The base is mounted with possibility of rotation relative to the shaft. The apparatus, provided by a rocker arm, joined with the lever with the aid of an axle, is spring-loaded in a direction, normal relative to a direction of motion of the carriage. The lever has an oval opening, in which the axle, connecting the lever and the rocker arm, is arranged. The working tool is changeable one. When the apparatus realizes function of a bending equipment, the working tool, secured to the carriage, is in the form of a bending roller, and the tool, mounted on the shaft, is in the form of a bending former. When the apparatus realizes a function of clamping equipment, its working tool is in the form of clamping members. EFFECT: enlarged using range of the apparatus. 3 cl, 3 dwg
