FIELD: plastic working of metals, possibly tube bending equipment and processes.
SUBSTANCE: tube bending machine tool includes mounted in housing: stationary rest with drive carriage that carries pressure shoe and drive shaft that supports bending template and rotary rest with clamping shoe. Drive of clamping shoe is in the form of double-lever articulation joint link with power hydraulic cylinder. Rod of said cylinder is jointly coupled with double-lever link and its body is joined with rotary rest. The last is rigidly joined with drive shaft; clamping shoe is jointly mounted on double-lever link and on rotary rest with possibility of rotation. Sizes of arms of clamping shoe and of double-lever articulation joint link provide arrangement of upper face of clamping shoe in open state lower than bending plane at least by half of its diameter.
EFFECT: improved efficiency due to combining withdrawal of clamping shoe and return of bending template to initial position.
