FIELD: instrumentation engineering. SUBSTANCE: abrasive grains are preliminarily compressed around the tool with the aid of ultrasonic oscillations with the frequency of 18-3000 kHz. Then the diamond grains are secured and are electrodeposited by the pulsed unipolar current with the frequency of 20-80 Hz and the pulse length 800-500 microseconds during 60 min. The final obliteration is carried out by means of superposition of the ultrasound oscillations 18-3000 kHz on the pulsed unipolar current. EFFECT: enhanced quality of tool making. 2 dwg, 1 tbl
