FIELD: production of prefabricated concrete and reinforced concrete articles, with rectangular or dovetail slots on surface facing the pan of form and provided by hole forming core on pan surface. SUBSTANCE: form has pan, hinged down sides, slot-forming core folding inwards and consisting of components with hinge joints, spacer member with posts on hinge joint coupled with hinge joint in center of hole-forming core.
