FIELD: aeronautical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has protector made of flexible sheet dielectric material which is secured on external surface of flying vehicle skin 2, two opposite flexible band conducting members 3 and 4 embedded in protector 1 and located respectively near external first surface and second surface of protector connected with skin 2. Band conducting members 3 are separated by insulating section of protector 1 and hermetic chamber 8 and are interconnected on one end surface 9 in such position that electric current in first member 3 is opposite to that in second member 4; they are connected with output of power unit 10 which has rectifier- charger unit with reservoir capacitor 11 and switch 12. Members 3 and 4 are interconnected on second end side 13 forming closed circuit. They consist of insulated current-conducting cores interconnected in series. Connected to output of power unit 10 are: first output 15 and second output 16 and outputs of two current-carrying cores at input of band conducting members 3 and 4. In case device is provided with more than one pair of opposite band conducting members 3 and 4 and corresponding number of switches 12 in power unit 10, the first outputs of these switches are coupled together and are connected to first output of reservoir capacitor 11 and second output of each switch 12 is connected with one of leads at output of power unit 10. EFFECT: improved service characteristics through reduction of discharge current of reservoir capacitor. 3 cl, 8 dwg
