FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: chemical source of electric energy has storage cell with flat electrodes and case made of nonmagnetic nonconductive material and device testing state of storage cell. Source includes A. C. voltage generator and flat winding which presents inductive branch of oscillatory circuit of generator. Winding is positioned inside plate of nonconductive nonmagnetic material put between storage cells. It also has threshold element connected to output of generator, indicator coupled to output of threshold element and source of stabilized A.C. voltage. Layer of conductive material with thermally-dependent resistor is placed inside storage cells between side of electrode facing winding and case of storage cell. EFFECT: capability of control of temperature to exclude mode of thermal acceleration. 5 dwg
