Control pulse distributor contains an operational amplifier, a clipping diode, a decimal divider counter. Additionally, it may comprise a limiting resistor and an LED or a controlled switch, an OR gate, a controllable key.

EFFECT: provides increased reliability and safety of the de-icing device.
