FIELD: manufacture of magnetoconjugated members of magnetic screens, shunts, gaskets, and the like. SUBSTANCE: the magneto-dielectric material comprises (wt parts): 100 epoxy resin; 33.2-33.6 polyoxyaminophenylene sulfide; 6-8 ultradisperisive iron precipitated on polyoxyaminophenylene sulfide. The process for preparing a magnetodielectric material comprises mixing an epoxy resin, a polyoxyaminophenylene sulfide amine hardener and ultradispersive iron which is obtained by evaporation of iron at 1500 C in a vacuum of 10-4 Tohr followed by precipitation of iron vapors into a frozen polyoxyaminophenylene sulfide solution, mixing the resulting product with epoxy resin and removing a solvent. The material has the following characteristics: impact viscosity is 5,2 kJ/m2, bending breaking stress is 103 MPa. Martens thermal resistance is 180 C, Brinell hardness is 24.7 specific volume electric resistance at 20 C is 1012 ohm·cm, at 180 C 11 ohm cm, breakdown voltage for conductor twists is 9.1 kV, magnetic permeability is 2.67.
