SUBSTANCE: invention relates to composite magnetic materials. Disclosed is a composite magnetic elastomer which consists of a matrix of a highly elastic polymer and filler consisting of magnetic particles, wherein the filler used is particles of an electroconductive magnetic filler in concentration of 10-90% of the total weight, the surface of which is precoated with a surfactant film.
EFFECT: magnetic elastomer characterised by high magnetodielectric effect and controllability of permittivity using an external magnetic field.
