FIELD: utilization of geological deposits using a hydrocarbon phase as the dispersive phase in inverted muds. SUBSTANCE: the dispersive phase comprises at least one ester of a polyhydric alcohol with 2 to 12 carbon atoms and has one or several unsaturated olefin bonds of monocarboxylic acid with 16-24 carbon atoms (55-95 wt) and has a fluidity within a temperature range of 0 to 5 C. In this temperature range the ester has a Brookfield viscosity of not greater than 55 MPa, a crystal lization temperature of lower than 10 C and a flash temperature of higher than 100 C. Said ester is an ester of a polyhydric alcohol with 2 to 12 carbon atoms and of a monocarboxylic acid with 16 to 24 carbon atoms having one or several unsaturated olefin bonds. The monocarboxylic acid is a linear acid of vegetable or animal origin. EFFECT: improved properties of the liquid phase. 3 cl
