FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: shock-absorber has housing, plunger mounted inside the housing, rubber-cord shell, supporting members, and centering members. The housing and plunger are made up as outer and inner sleeves directed toward each other. The centering members are interposed between the sleeves. The bottom of each sleeve is made up as a convex plate and provided with axial passageway, ring area about the later contacting with respective supporting member, and roundness which exceeds half distance between the supporting members. The center of the roundness is positioned at the longitudinal section of the shock-absorber at the straight line parallel to the longitudinal axis of the later and passing through the interfacial line between ring area and roundness. The cylindric slides are received in the axial passageways. One of the ends of the slides are pivotally connected with the supporting members. The centering members can be made up as rollers.
