SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the power industry. In the method for operation of a maneuverable block combined-cycle cogeneration mini-CHP, atmospheric air is compressed, fuel is burned in it, combustion products are expanded in a gas turbine, both during heating and non-heating periods of operation, the heat of combustion products is used to generate superheated medium-pressure steam, which is expanded in a back-pressure heating steam turbine, the useful work of which is used for electricity generation, expanded steam is condensed, the heat of steam condensation and expanded combustion products are used to heat mains water, steam condensate is deaerated and used in a heat recovery boiler to generate superheated steam; during the heating period, when the ambient air temperature drops to a predetermined value, additional fuel is burned between the evaporator stages of the heat recovery boiler, the production of superheated steam is increased, the electric power of the electric generator and the thermal power of the installation, the consumption of additional fuel is increased with an increase in the thermal load of consumers. At the same time, the mini-CHP is used for an autonomous closed heat supply system of urban neighborhoods; with the heat of the mains water, the tap water of the hot water supply systems of consumers is heated in water-water heaters to the required temperature; in the heating mode, at air temperatures from -5 to 8°C, the flow of mains water is regulated through water-water heaters and ensures the operation of heat supply systems without a lower break in the temperature schedule of the heating network. A device for implementing the method is also presented.
EFFECT: expansion of the range of solutions for a mini-CHP.
