FIELD: heat engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has evaporating and condensing sections. They are interconnected by steam and condensate lines. Separate evaporators and condensers are combined in their sections in parallel by means of steam and liquid headers. Evaporators are furnished with capillary structure. Together with the end part of the housing on the side of the liquid header it forms the internal space. In the point of conjugation of the capillary structure external surface with the evaporator housing provision is made for a system of steam escape passages of the evaporation zone. Hydraulic accumulator with its temperature control system is connected to the evaporator spaces through its own header by means of a pipe line having a thermal contact with the condensate line. The pipe lines from the liquid header are brought into the central part of the interior of evaporators. Due to circulation of heat-transfer agent through the evaporator spaces at starting and other transient conditions of device operation, probability of evaporation considerably decreases on the side of the capillary structure absorbing surface and its blocking by steam.
