FIELD: heat engineering, in particular, applicable in heat pipes for heat extraction from various thermostressed objects with a flat contact surface. SUBSTANCE: the chamber has a body incorporating a side wall, two end walls, capillary-porous end-piece located inside the body and adjoining the side wall and at least one of the end walls and forming a projection adjoining the second end wall, provided with a system of heat-extraction ducts formed by concentric grooves on the inner surface of the end thermocontact wall made in the form of a flange and by grooves on the capillary-porous end-piece surface adjoining it, communicating with the steam drum, and a cavity for accumulation of working fluid, connected to the condensate pipe-line, besides it is provided with a rod located inside it in the central axis of the chamber, secured on its end walls. The end-piece has an additional projection adjoining the side wall and the second end wall of the chamber. The cavity for accumulation of working fluid is positioned between the capillary-porous end-piece, its projections and the second end wall. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of heat extraction from thermostressed objects with a flat shape, enhanced reliability of operation of the heat pipe. 4 cl, 2 dwg
