FIELD: self-defence of civilian population with employment of weapon including gas pistols, revolvers and other special self-defence gas firearms. SUBSTANCE: cartridge has a case, throwing charge, percussion cap and blasting cartridge of biologically active subliming substance closed with a filler piece. The blasting cartridge has a central passage with a diameter equal to 0.20 to 0.55 of the blasting cartridge diameter. Both filler pieces are made of combustible material, mainly of foam polystyrene, with the thickness-to-diameter ratio being 0.15 to 0.40. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
