FIELD: small arms cartridges, in particular, cartridges with a plastic case intended for temporary disabling of manpower at noiseless shooting of a liquid jet, loose materials, as well as liquid with hygroscopic materials, or liquid with ampules of elastic material containing other liquid compounds or loose materials. SUBSTANCE: cartridge has a case, propelled mass and a primer. The case is made of plastic with a reinforced insert having at least two fastenings used to intergrate the case and insect and fasten the primer. Installed at the case bottom is a piston-obturating section faces the case muzzle end in a spaced relation to the case bottom forming an expansion chamber. The case inner surface at its muzzle end has a shoulder that accommodates an insert forming a nozzle closed with a plug of rubber-like plastic material furnished with an external lug engageable with the respective shoulder of the insert forming the nozzle. The reinforcing insert may be made of metal and have at least two fastenings in the form of lugs, one of which fastens the insert in the case bottom section, and the other fastens the primer.
