FIELD: cartridges designed for temporary putting-out of action of man power at noiseless, flashless and smokeless fore from civil weapon of self-defense by aerosol containing irritants. SUBSTANCE: the cartridge has a cartridge case, flash igniter, projected mass, piston-obturator with a blind hole facing the case neck, member forming the nozzle closed with a plug providing for sealing and opening of the cartridge case cavity at a definite force. A gasket is installed on the piston-obturator, having a central boss, the gasket is installed as in interference fit over the inside diameter of the case, the boss is positioned in the blind hole of the piston obturator, and annular closed bosses are formed on the side surface of the plug circumferentially. Grease may be placed between the annular closed bosses on the plug side surface. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of functioning and efficiency of cartridge action. 2 cl, 2 dwg
