FIELD: measuring equipment. SUBSTANCE: device for recording phase angle shift is cut in between outputs of two photodetectors and its aperture is used for interfering the conjugated diffracted beams of +1 and -1 orders of diffraction of acoustic-optical modulators of the first and second channels. EFFECT: higher accuracy of measuring informative parameters phase shift by reducing errors caused by vibration, temperature instability, reciprocal instability of generators supplying the acoustic-optical modulators. 1 dwg
