SUBSTANCE: novelty of the device resides in introduction of an active closing element, providing ON and OFF units of said element with counting inlets, one for even pulses and the second one, for odd pulses, introduction of closed resonator into pulsating laser, providing active closing element analyzer in the capacity of pulse laser outlet, said closing element having a passage plane coinciding with the plane determining the radiation polarization of one group of active elements.
