SUBSTANCE: device uses closed resonator in the form of annular resonator optically coupled with smooth reflector through second active-gate analyzer 14 and variable optical delay line 19; one of groups of active elements is placed between active-gate analyzer and smooth reflector; variable light-beam attenuator 21 is installed between second active-gate analyzer and smooth reflector and/or group active elements inserted between active gate and smooth reflector is used as variable light-beam reflector.
