FIELD: electronic devices. SUBSTANCE: device for tuning frequency of microwave device has housing, shaft to which rod is spring loaded. Said rod is connected to tuning handles. Sleeve is rigidly attached to piece of shaft that goes out of housing. Face of said sleeve has groove, side surface of sleeve is separated into at least three sectors by longitudinal slots. All sectors are mounted for independent radial movement and engage with rod. Fixation mechanism is mounted on side surface of sleeve. Possible design of fixation mechanism includes slanted surface slots on side surface of each sector which run along shaft axis. Said slots engage with rod having end bulge shaped as cone. Tuning mechanism can contain insertions shaped as ring sectors with cone side surface which are mounted for axial movement inside groove made in sleeve. Surface of insertions engage with surface of sleeve groove. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 3 cl, 4 dwg
