Each bearing is provided with bucket-type milling cutter 4 with teeth 12. Milling cutters 5 are disposed on opposite sides of handle 1. Movable races of support bearings have the form of gears 6 connected with the hydraulic motor 3 by bevel gear transmissions 8 and 9 accommodated together with hydraulic motor 3 inside the handle 1.
