FIELD: wood-working industry. SUBSTANCE: device has a fastening fixture in the form of bracket 7 with outstanding bosses 13 over cutter shaft 4. Bracket 7 is fastened on back table 2 with the aid of constant magnet 8. To fix bracket 7 in order to prevent from the longitudinal displacement, it has props. Blind holes 6 are made in longitudinal grooves 5 of cutter shaft 4 to force out the knives with helical springs 9. The mounted knives in the cutter shaft are fixed after rotating the cutter shaft by hand counterclockwise. The rear side of the knife is guided under the plate bosses. One continues to rotate the cutter shaft up to the mark "dead point". The knife is fixed thoroughly, this is the level of the horizontal back table with cutting members.
