FIELD: production of blocks and bricks of clay grounds without firing, of refractory pieces by semi-dry pressing, of pieces of powder etc. SUBSTANCE: press to produce blocks of ground has: table with die, punch, loading capacity, provided with drive for its motion on table; power hydraulic cylinder with main piston with rod and connected with punch auxiliary piston with rod. In the case, die is rigidly connected with body of power hydraulic cylinder. Loading capacity is provided with rigidly connected with it bolt, that is mounted so as to be capable to lock butt of die. Press is provided with grips, that are rigidly connected with die and are mounted with capability to be engaged with bolt of loading capacity. In addition press, as a version, is provided with cutting mechanism to face pressed block. Cutting mechanism is mounted on inner surface of loading capacity.
