AGGREGATE TO PRESS PIECES OF CONSTRUCTION MIXTURES Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: construction materials production, that is aggregates to press construction mixtures pieces, for example, bricks, tiles, using semidry pressing method. SUBSTANCE: aggregate is rotor-type six-positions machine, that has bed frame 3 and turning table 4. On upper plate 6 of bed frame 3 there are two upper pressing devices 7, two pushing out devices 8, bunker 10 with two worm feeders 13, drive 9 of table 4. On lower plate 2 there are two lower pressing devices 21 and two ready pieces magazines-collectors 36. Table 4 is situated inside bed frame 3 and has moulds 5, in which pieces are moulded. Each pressing device has punch 16, on sole of which hollow formers are rigidly fixed. In the case punches are provided with auxiliary movable hollow formers, that are rods of hydraulic cylinders, that are capable to make vibrating and interrupting-progressive movement with separately adjustable parameters: amplitude, frequency, effort and way of operation. Hydraulic system is made capable to change rule of distribution of inner pressure in closed volume of moulded piece according to any program. Auxiliary and main hollow formers are located in staggered order in respect to each other. Aggregate provides realization of pressing process in three modes: static, vibrating pulsed.
