FIELD: packing. SUBSTANCE: lowering mechanism 19 and rod 27 sliding in guide 28 move towards each other to separate dispensing devices 10 delivered by conveyor 23. Turning arrangement 25 turns in steps relative to horizontal axle 32. Mandrels 31 and 33 turn relative to axle 32 through 90 degrees in direction of arrow 37. Nozzle needle moves so that its tip fills and closes outlet hole. Dispensing device 10 is put on mandrel 31 and moves together with mandrel. At the beginning of rotation nozzle needle tip is taken out of nozzle outlet hole. Glue flows out and gets onto flange of dispensing device in one point. Hot glue is applied by mandrel 31 or flange rotating around longitudinal axis. EFFECT: enhanced quality of sealing. 11 cl, 5 dwg
