FIELD: food industry; liquid packing. SUBSTANCE: proposed filling pipe is designed for packing machines in which straight- seam continuous tubular container is formed from packing material tape. Elements clamp pipe through equal steps to form seal crosswisely product filled package. Filling pipe is arranged along axis of container and is provided with rigid damping element secured to and enclosing part of filling pipe. Rigid damping element is arranged with radial clearance relative to inner wall of container and it encloses also air pocket surrounding filling pipe for damping movement of liquid product relative to filling pipe when machine is in operation. EFFECT: improved forming of tubular container at high speed of machine operation, without wear and breakage of sliding elements. 13 cl, 7 dwg
