FIELD: various branches of technique. SUBSTANCE: origin polyacrylonitrile fiber is initially treated at 90-95 C by aqueous 10-25 solution of hydrazine hydrate. Then treatment within 20-90 min by aqueous solution which contains NaOH and NH4OH at ratio 1:0.2-1.5 is carried out, concentration of NaOH being 15-35 g/l. EFFECT: improves efficiency of the method.
