FIELD: gas and oil production. SUBSTANCE: method for thermal mine recovery of high-viscosity oil from formation includes reinforcement of well with perforated casing. Part of casing every 7-10 m is made of piezoceramic material having magnetostriction properties. Connected to radiator are electrodes to which exciting voltage is applied from pulse generator and powerful vibrations are excited in formation with amplitude of sign-alternating wave equalling 0.5 of value of distractible stresses of rocks comprising the producing formation in combination with injection into formation of solutions weakening the rock strength. Solutions are used in form of surfactants, sodium hydroxide, or sodium hydroxide with methanol. EFFECT: increased permeability of formation rocks from 80 to 300% and over, and increased additional recovery of oil from formation from 10 to 40% as compared with the known methods which do not employ vibration stimulation of formation within the selected range of frequencies. 6 cl, 2 dwg
