FIELD: various branches of industry where fuel burning devices are used. SUBSTANCE: atomizer has housing 1 provided with fuel supply passages 8 and 9 and sprayer, vortex chamber 2 with outlet nozzle 3, central hole 4 in bottom 5 and two tangential holes 6 and 7 in lateral wall of the chamber which are brought aside lengthwise; tangential hole which is closer to bottom is brought in communication with supply passage 8 of sprayer. To enhance spraying, central hole 4 of chamber is brought in communication with supply passage 3; tangential hole 6 located between nozzle 3 and tangential hole connected to passage 8 is brought in communication with fuel supply passage 9; this hole is made at distance from bottom equal to 1 to 3 its diameters; tangential hole 6 and 7 have similar direction of swirling. It is good practice to make tangential hole 6 brought in communication with passage 8 be tangential to vortex chamber bottom. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 2 cl, 2 dwg
