FIELD: solar energy converters. SUBSTANCE: in sunny days water is heated in pipe lines 1 of solar heater laid in plates 2 of automobile road and then it enters turbine 6 for generating electric power part of which is used by consumer 10 and other part is used by accumulator with hydraulic turbine 16. In cold season, part of electric power generated by generator 17 of hydraulic turbine 16 is used by heating elements of reserve heater 19 connected to pipe line 1 of solar heater.
