SUBSTANCE: with supply of voltage of resonance frequency to encasing of packaged piezoceramic vibrator 2 placed between parts of sectional case it changes its geometrical dimensions owing to inverse piezoelectric effect and excites either longitudinal or torsional vibrations of parts of sectional case 1. Restoring members 3 are installed so that they are oriented in both parts of case in one direction. Vibration motor makes it possible to realize cascading, that is possibility to realize two-coordinate movement when coupling vibration motor of linear rotation with vibration motor of rotary motion.
