FIELD: communication equipment. SUBSTANCE: device realizes operation of frequency doubling of input noise-like discrete frequency-shift signal, its storage in delay line with taps, multiplication of increments of one meaning of decoded combination of pseudorandom sequence with continuous signal with doubled value of clock frequency formed by two-channel static monitoring filter from discrete frequency-shift signal passed through frequency doubler, simultaneous summing of signals of all increments (from outputs of multipliers directly connected to inputs of adder) and formation of output N-fold shortened signal by output radio filter. Device includes frequency doubler 1, delay line 2 with taps, L multipliers 33-1,3-2...3-L, adder 4, output filter 5 and monitoring filter 6.
