FIELD: medicine, in particular, surgical methods of treating obesity. SUBSTANCE: this method prescribes using autodermal stripe as transplant with the object of shaping miniature stomach by applying contracting annulus to cardial section of stomach and attaching autodermal stripe duplication to anterior wall of stomach by making buried sutures. EFFECT: prevention and reduction of post-operative complications and creation of conditions for endoscopic correction of contracted portion of stomach. 3 dwg
