FIELD: surgery. SUBSTANCE: method includes selective proximal vagotomy; denervation and devascularization of stomach fundus, cardia and abdominal part of esophagus; resection of stomach body from esophagus-stomach transition to boundary of antral part over lesser curvature. Resection boundary runs over greater curvature from spleen lower pole to boundary of antral part. Stomach fundus and its supplying vessels are preserved. Side invagination of esophagus is performed. Esophagus-phrenic, phrenic-fundal ligaments and Gis angle are recovered. In cases of combined ulcers of stomach and duodenum, duodenoplasty is performed. EFFECT: reduced frequency of recurrences and functional disturbances. 2 cl, 10 dwg
