FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to orthopedic dentistry and can be used for manufacturing gypsum models. Method lies in the following: using working impression combined model is cast from supergypsum in such a way that only that fragment of model, which does not contain prepared abutment teeth, is made detachable. Zone of model with prepared for bridge-like prosthesis teeth remains nonseparable, unifies with base part. Near-tooth zone around prepared teeth in impression is preliminarily prepared in such a way that zone around impression of prepared abutment tooth is circularly poured with wax or silicon mass for artificial gum, after which supergypsum model is cast. When model is ready, obtained wax or silicon analogue of near-tooth gum is removed, detachable fragment with unprepared teeth is removed from genera; model, and abutment teeth and the whole model are scanned for bridge-like prosthesis in order to obtain virtual model with application of standard CAD/CAM technology, also carried out is scanning of the whole model without removal of detachable fragment with unprepared teeth.

EFFECT: increase of accuracy of manufacturing milled by means of CAD/CAM technology frames if bridge-like prostheses, eliminating in this way development of undesirable complications.
